Hi, I'm John.
My journey began over 26 years ago as a British expatriate in the UAE. My career started in public service with the Metropolitan Police in London, working with serious crime units. These experiences ingrained in me values of integrity, probity, and tenacity—principles that have guided me throughout my professional life.
Arriving in the Middle East, I saw a region brimming with potential – but also complex challenges. I saw an opportunity to make a difference, not just by starting a business, but by creating a bridge for individuals and organisations to achieve their aspirations.
This vision led me to establish what would become the leading company formation and restructuring firm in the region. It was immensely fulfilling to see countless clients transform their dreams into reality through our work.

Building and nurturing relationships based on trust and mutual respect has been pivotal in my success. These connections led to being honored by Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), delivered by King Charles III at his first investiture—a moment of profound pride.

My marriage of 35 years has blessed me with two wonderful children and four grandchildren. Their unwavering support has been the cornerstone of my achievements.
